Why is Behind the Wheel Training important?
The state requires teenagers to have 6 complete hours of actual
Behind-the-Wheel training. Our school provides private lessons which
make students feel more comfortable and focused on their training.
Behind the Wheel Training is valuable because
it increases one's confidence and driving skills.
Who teaches Behind the Wheel Training?
Our instructors for Behind-the-Wheel training
are licensed personnel who have recieved professional training required
by the state of California for the instructors license.
Our instructors will teach, enhance, and improve
a student’s basic driving skills. Emphasis is placed on the
new DMV drive test, freeway instruction, and defensive driving skills.
Students receive an evaluation sheet, so that parents can see the
progress of their teenager.
What kind of cars do we use?
The cars used for training are late model,
marked and unmarked cars with automatic transmissions and dual controls
which allow the students to feel more relaxed while they are driving.
Our fleet of cars are regularly inspected by the State and maintained
by A.S.E. certified mechanics.
Our vehicles have full coverage insurance
which exceeds California State requirements for driving schools.
We offer either marked or unmarked cars upon
your request.
If requested, the instructor will take the student
to the DMV so they can take a Road Test and obtain their Driver's
License (Charges Apply).
