GUSTAVO OLGUIN

I've enjoyed my work with Kanor for the last six years. In addition to supervising other instructors, my experiences as a certified driving instructor have included teaching classroom Drivers Education as well as behind-the-wheel training to teenagers and adults. My passion for teaching has allowed me to expand to other fields. I also now specialize in helping seniors, along with mentally and physically challenged persons regain their driving privilege and independence,in some cases, through the use of specialized equipment. I consider "patience" one of my biggest virtues.

BRADLEY McDERMOTT

Mr. McDermott discovered a career in Driver’s Education after working in transportation safety, and with teenagers in character development, for over 20 years. In the Marine Corps, he safely handled a variety of military vehicles (including flight line vehicles, 5-ton trucks, and HMMWVs). Since then, he was a dependable school bus driver and church youth pastor. Brad is also an experienced ski instructor and baseball coach. His natural ability to coach and teach technical and physical skills, coupled with his concern for young people, makes him an ideal instructor and classroom teacher. He still volunteers as a college pastor at church, is a certified classroom trainer through Culture ROI, and a graduate of Vanguard University.
